OUR WORK
Learning designed around Real-world objectives
Explorer Junior designs Community STEM and Digital Literacy programmes in Singapore for schools, organisations and communities.
Our work begins with real objectives - from helping children understand sustainability and their communities to building the skills and judgement they need to create with technology.
Explore how these two pillars take shape across different partners, audiences and learning contexts.
FEATURED WORK
Community STEM and Digital Literacy in Practice
Different objectives call for different learning experiences. These projects show how Explorer Junior applies our two core pillars across corporate, school, community and public-learning contexts.
Corporate & CSR
Building Digital and Sustainability Skills Through a Corporate CSR Programme
Explorer Junior translated a corporate community-impact objective into a repeatable programme bringing together sustainability, digital literacy and hands-on learning for children from less-resourced families.
More than 30 runs · More than 500 participants in 25/26 · Ages 7 to 12
Schools
Applying AI Vision to a Sea Patrol Challenge
A school's request for coding enrichment became an applied AI learning experience built around a context meaningful to NCC (Sea) cadets.

Community STEM
From Ideas to a Real Sustainable Marketplace
What began as an invitation to participate in Sustainable Markets developed into a structured learning experience where children explored sustainability and entrepreneurship before bringing their ideas into a real community marketplace.

View Project →Serving different Contexts with the same Purposeful Approach.
Our programmes range from school STEM workshops and multi-session learning journeys to CSR STEM programmes, community initiatives, Corporate Family Days and large-group STEM events.
The format may change, but the purpose remains the same: helping children understand what they are exploring, create with intention and connect their learning to the world around them.
TWO CORE PILLARS
Serving two Areas of Focus through Different Projects
Our projects may look different, but they are grounded in two areas where Explorer Junior is building deep experience: Community STEM and Digital Literacy.
COMMUNITY STEM
Understand and respond to the world around us.
Children investigate real places, environments and community challenges through science, engineering and purposeful making.
Our Community STEM work connects learning with contexts children can see and experience - from rivers and biodiversity to sustainability and community needs.
Explore Community STEM →DIGITAL LITERACY
Understand, create with and navigate technology.
Children build the skills and judgement to use technology as a tool for exploration, creation and problem-solving.
Our Digital Literacy work includes coding, AI and digital creation while helping children understand how technology works, when to use it and the role people continue to play in directing and evaluating it.
